Shipping policy

Shipping:
All orders are shipped per agreement. All claims for damage or loss are to be made by the customer to the freight carrier.

Shipments and returns
Packages are generally shipped same-day if received by 11 a.m. that day. Orders received after 11 a.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday. For most part, orders will ship within 3-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS unless agreed to otherwise. We prefer to ship USPS Priority because of quick delivery times and more reasonable rates for our customers.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
