RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Big City Thunder reserves the right to administer a 15% return charge on all returned parts. Therefore it is imperative that you, the customer, provide the correct dimensions and descriptions of your exhaust system, as well as the suitability of the product for your application, to assure you purchase the correct parts the first time. (No exceptions).

Please be certain of your measurements. Do not rely on information from other sources such as friends, mechanics, manufacturers, advertising, etc., to determine proper fitment. If you have any questions regarding the fitment of your system please call 704-847-1222 to discuss your questions.

To return parts, please contact us at 704-847-1222 and ask for a sales representative to assist you with a return. They will administer a specific return number for your transaction. Without this number on the outside of the box, your return will not be processed in a timely manner. Send all returns back to:

Parts must be returned in absolutely the same, new condition they were received in. If they are altered or not in new re-sellable condition, no credit will be issued. They will be shipped back to you utilizing your choice of payment, or will be scrapped after 7 days.

We do not warrant against bluing or discoloration as that is a result of tuning, timing, jetting, etc.
