Original Thunder Monster Baffles - deliver a deeper tone to the note of your exhaust. Additionally, Thunder Monster baffles will turn all the horsepower loose. Up to 12 midrange HP over a straight pipe with no baffle, enough torque to pull tree stumps, and a killer sound. These fit: 1 5/8" INSIDE DIAMETER PIPES, 1 3/4" INSIDE DIAMETER PIPES, 1 7/8" INSIDE DIAMETER PIPES, 2" INSIDE DIAMETER PIPES, & 2 1/8" INSIDE DIAMETER PIPES.
Thunder Monster Baffles for Screamin' Eagle II Slip Fit Mufflers - WITH A REMOVABLE BAFFLE THAT THE SCREAMIN' EAGLE BAFFLE MEASUREMENT IS: 2 7/8" DIA. x 11 1/4" LONG. (Note: one of the mufflers must have “Screamin’ Eagle II” stamped on it for these baffles to be compatible.
They will not fit the ’07 and later Screamin’ Eagle mufflers.) Thunder Monster Baffles for large diameter mufflers, ie. - ie. If you have installed aftermarket mufflers or you have “gutted” your stock mufflers, drilled them out, removed or modified the baffles, have a free flowing type baffle, or have an application in which you are not able to install the Thunder Monster baffles in the rear portion of the pipe, Big City Thunder has a Thunder Monster baffle that installs in the exit end of the head pipe where it joins the muffler. As with all our other products the Thunder Monster baffles will provide the proper amount of back pressure, flow the exhaust gases properly and deal with reversion. Street Performance Slip on Mufflers

For Softails models – If your Screamin’ Eagle baffle measures 3 1/8” diameter by approximately 17 ¾” in length our new Thunder Monster baffles are designed to replace the original Screamin’ Eagle® baffles and deliver a deeper, throatier, hot rod sound as well as improved performance. Please measure per the illustration shown prior to calling, e-mailing or ordering.
Your Screamin’ Eagle baffle must match the illustration shown below, dimensionally and look the same.
For Bagger models – If your Screamin’ Eagle baffle measures 3 3/8” diameter by approximately 26 ¼” in length our New Thunder Monster baffles are designed to replace the original Screamin’ Eagle baffles and deliver a deeper, throatier, hot rod sound as well as improved performance. Please measure per the illustration shown below prior to calling, e-mailing or ordering. (These baffles are not compatible with the 4” Touring Mufflers.)

How Do I Know If Thunder Monster Baffles Will Fit My Pipes?
Big City Thunder products work in any 4 cycle engine with a straight pipe type exhaust
from a single cylinder up to 6 cylinder motorcycles with any cubic inch displacement. Installation instructions are included with all our products.
If you have Hooker, Vance & Hines, Bub, Cobra, Samson, Rinehart, Jardine, Bassini, Custom Built, Screamin’ Eagle, or other aftermarket pipe that at the exit end does not turn out (does not include tips that can be removed), and is of a straight type pipe design that measures
1 5/8", 1 3/4", 1 7/8", 2" or 2 1/8" inside diameter, Thunder Monster baffles will fit your pipe. All Thunder Monster baffles are compatible with a slash cut pipes.
For curved pipes such as Vance & Hines Big Radius and Ness Slashers we recommend our Thunder Monster baffles part number 2002. For the Hooker Troublemakers we recommend our Thunder Monster baffles part number 2001. For other curved pipe applications please call and have the pipe dimensions available.
