Guarantee:
Our guarantee is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration, negligence or improper installation.
Shipping: All orders are shipped per agreement.  All claims for damage or loss are to be made by the customer to the freight carrier.
Returns: Exchange only for incorrect size, no refunds.
All claims must be made within 30 days of shipping date and must have verbal or written authorization from Big City Thunder.  No returns will be accepted without our authorization.  A 20% handling fee will be charged to restock parts unless the return is a result of defective merchandise or an error on our part.  Returns must be sent to us freight prepaid, absolutely NO packages will be accepted for return if shipped to us COD.
Please Note:  All parts returned must be packaged correctly, customer is responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging.
Disclaimer: It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product  for his/her use.  The user shall assume all legal, personal injury risk and liability and all other obligations duties and risks associated therewith.

Our products may not be legal for sale or use on pollution or noise controlled motor vehicles (except those used in organized and sanctioned racing or competition events) when the installation of same would be in violation of the state or federal laws or regulations governing noise or emission standards.

Off road use only. California - not for use on pollution controlled vehicles.
All tuning and adjustments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We do not warrant against bluing or discoloration as that is a result of tuning, timing, jetting, etc.
